Fast & Even Heating: With two 5.5-inch coil heating elements and a powerful 2,000W output, this double burner hot plate heats quickly and distributes heat evenly for consistent cooking without hot or cold spots. Use both burners simultaneously to prepare multiple dishes, such as heating a teapot on one side while cooking soup on the other, saving time and effort.
5 Adjustable Heat Levels: Choose from 5 temperature settings ranging from approximately 392°F to 932°F to suit a variety of cooking tasks. Easily boil water, reheat sauces, prepare soups, cook pasta, sear steak, or grill cheese and vegetables. Each burner features an independently adjustable thermostat and convenient indicator light for simple operation.
Safe & Convenient Operation: The indicator lights clearly show the heating status. The burner cycles on and off to maintain the selected temperature, helping keep food at the desired heat. For easy maintenance, let the unit cool completely, then unplug it before wiping the non-electrical surfaces with a damp sponge or cloth.
Compatible with Various Cookware: Designed to work with flat-bottom cookware made from a variety of materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, iron, and glass. Use it with frying pans, woks, stovetop teapots, and other compatible cookware. NOTE: Ceramic cookware may heat more slowly.
Compact Design with Carry Handles: The space-saving design and built-in side handles make this electric double burner easy to transport and store. It’s ideal for college dorms, small apartments, RVs, caravans, camping, road trips, and other spaces that need extra cooking capacity.
Durable Construction: The burner body is constructed from coated iron for reliable durability and everyday performance, making it a practical addition to kitchens, travel setups, and portable cooking spaces.
Never Leave Unattended: Always watch the hot plate while it is in use. Do not leave it operating unattended.
Avoid Contact with Heating Surface: Do not touch the heating coil or cooking surface during operation or immediately after use. The surface remains extremely hot and can cause burns.
Keep Away from Water: Never immerse the hot plate in water or any other liquid. Keep the electrical components dry at all times.
Use with Cookware: The hot plate is designed to heat food through suitable cookware. Always place the cooking vessel securely on the heating plate before operating the appliance.
Turn Off and Unplug: When not in use, turn the control switch to the OFF position and unplug the power cord from the outlet.
First-Use Preparation: Before using the hot plate for the first time, set it to Level 3 and run it for about 3–5 minutes. A small amount of smoke or odor may occur as the protective coating on the heating surface evaporates. This is normal and should not occur during subsequent use. Ensure the area is well ventilated during this initial use.
Use Suitable Cookware: Use cookware with a smooth, flat bottom and a diameter that matches the heating plate size for safe, efficient heating.
Match Cookware to Heating Area: If the bottom of the cooking vessel is significantly smaller than the heating plate, heating performance may be reduced, and the heating area may not be used efficiently.
Avoid Uneven or Damaged Cookware: Do not use cookware with a warped, severely uneven, or convex/concave bottom, as it may not contact the heating surface properly.
Maintain Proper Clearance: Keep all objects and other items at least 11.81 inches (30 cm) away from the hot plate during operation. This helps maintain proper ventilation and prevents surrounding objects from blocking airflow or being exposed to excessive heat.
